Our Liaison teams work directly with our clients’ manufacturing, engineering and quality groups to support great communication in assuring that our clients’ component concerns are addressed in the most efficient manner, and also with the highest level of integrity that our clients have grown to expect from our teams.

Our Liaison teams are also supported by Quality Strategies team members on the second shifts of operation at most customer locations. This ensures that we complete immediate investigations and understanding related to the concern detail which is essential in establishing next step actions to meet our customer requirements.

Quality Strategies offers fair & flexible commitment options in the following representation structures:

SILVER  |  20 HOURS PER WEEK

BRONZE  |  10 HOURS PER WEEK

Representation commitment structures are reflected by the level of the component complexity, quantity of components, and the level of relative quality engagement required by the customer for your specific components.
