OUR TEAMS’ EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

Quality Strategies associates hold formal degrees and/or knowledge, in various automotive component fields that compliment our client position in their customer locations. Associates also engage in client training for new products, and also engineering and quality education programs that increase component understandings, efficiency and effectiveness. Here are some areas of experience you will find on our team:

  • Understanding of component production assembly, component development and quality, consistent product quality processes, and management practices at automotive component manufacturing facilities.

  • Involvement with automotive manufacturers in vehicle production assembly, quality concern investigations, and quality resolutions.

  • Traveling to customer locations throughout the United States and Canada to investigate, analyze and efficiently direct quality concern containments and quality concern resolutions.

  • Involvement with and presence during vehicle launch programs and vehicle launch teams to address product feasibility, functionality and quality concern resolutions.

  • On location representation support for a variety of automotive component suppliers throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, Turkey, and Asia, that compliments the Client quality and engineering teams.

  • Client and Customer support in quality audit, engineering and warranty meetings.
